How to Order a Custom Lamp
1. Tell Us About Your Idea
Start by thinking about the lamp you'd like us to create. Consider the size, shape, materials, colours, and overall style that best suits your space.
Need a little guidance? We also offer personalised design consultations. Simply send us a photo or short video of the room or area where you'd like to place your lamp, and we'll be happy to recommend suitable sizes, colours, materials, and styles.
2. Get in Touch
Contact us using any of our available contact methods so we can discuss your ideas, answer your questions, and refine the details of your custom order.
3. Receive Your Quote
Based on our discussion, we'll prepare a personalised quotation and send it to you by email.
4. Confirm Your Order
If you're happy with the quotation, simply let us know. We'll then send you a proforma invoice with payment instructions.
5. We Handcraft Your Lamp
Once payment has been received, we'll issue your invoice, handcraft your lamp according to the agreed specifications, and dispatch it as soon as it's ready.

Exterior Fabrics
We work with non-stretch or low-stretch fabrics.
You're also welcome to provide your own fabric, allowing you to create a truly one-of-a-kind lampshade.
Interior PVC Linings
White PVC
Offers the highest level of light transmission, making it the best choice when maximum illumination is desired.
Gold, Silver, Bronze, Copper, and Champagne PVC
Available in both gloss and matte finishes (subject to availability; some finishes are special-order items).
These linings are non-translucent, making them ideal for decorative lighting or situations where a more focused, directional light is preferred.

Lead Times
Custom lampshades are typically handcrafted and dispatched within 7–10 business days.
If your chosen design requires materials sourced from overseas, production may take longer. Should this happen, we'll inform you as soon as possible and, where necessary, discuss suitable alternative materials with you.
For custom lamp bases, production times depend on our manufacturing partner's schedule. We'll provide an estimated lead time once we've confirmed the details with them.
Large Orders
Please note that bulk orders are subject to individual lead times, pricing, and production conditions. If you're planning a larger project, we'd be happy to discuss your requirements and prepare a tailored quotation.
Hand-Painted Lampshades
If you haven't found the perfect fabric to complement your interior—or if you're looking for a tasteful lampshade for a specific lamp base, including a vintage or antique piece—we also offer the option of a hand-painted lampshade.
The artwork is not painted by us directly but by our professional artist partner, who works closely with each customer to develop a design tailored to their vision. Every project begins with a detailed consultation to ensure the finished lampshade perfectly complements your interior and personal style.
The hand-painting process typically takes 7–10 business days.

Lampshade Refurbishment
If the frame or structure of your existing lampshade is still in good condition, it may be worth sending it to us instead of having a completely new one made from scratch.
Reusing existing lampshade frames is a more sustainable choice, and for vintage or collectible lamps, original replacement frames are often no longer available. By preserving the original frame and giving it a completely new fabric covering and lining, we can create a lampshade that combines timeless craftsmanship with a fresh new look.
