Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

If you purchase through our online store, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • A completed Withdrawal Form must be submitted with the required information.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund process within one business day, provided the returned item meets the conditions above.

Incorrect or Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is faulty or different from the one ordered, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

After receiving the returned item, we will assess the reported issue.

If the claim is confirmed to be valid:

  • We will refund the full purchase price.
  • We will also reimburse the cost of returning the item.

Please note that return shipping costs cannot be reimbursed if the damage was caused by the shipping carrier, as such claims must be handled through the carrier's compensation process.

If our inspection determines that the complaint is not justified, we will inform you of the outcome. If you are still within the 14-day withdrawal period, you may choose to exercise your right of withdrawal instead.

For approved claims, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Receive a full refund.
  • Exchange the product for another item (the cost of the replacement shipment will be covered by Lilium Lamp & Design).
  • Receive store credit to use towards another purchase.

Products Sold with Known Imperfections

The right to complain about a defect does not apply to imperfections that were clearly disclosed before purchase, such as discounted products sold with minor cosmetic defects.

However, you still retain your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, provided the legal conditions are met.
